It would also forestall legal requirements that would have forced the EPA to set rules on emissions from thousands of pre-existing wells and industry sites. 2.42pm BST MSNBC announced that several presidential candidates have signed on for the network’s climate change forum, which will be held on Sept. 19 and 20.Bernie Sanders and Pete Buttigieg are among the Democratic presidential contenders who have said they will participate, but other top-polling candidates appear to have declined the invitation.
